Is gratuity included in my reservation?

Yes, a standard 20% gratuity is automatically included in your reservation for your convenience. This ensures your chauffeur is properly compensated for their professional service. If you prefer to pay gratuity in cash directly to your chauffeur at the end of your trip, simply request this when making your reservation and we'll remove the automatic gratuity from your bill.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all reservations. However, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for special events, weddings, or during peak travel times. For immediate transportation needs, please call us directly at (206) 899-9944.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), direct billing for corporate accounts, and cash/check payments for Washington State residents only. Payment is processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Do you offer meet & greet service at airports?

Yes! Meet & greet service is available for $30 additional. Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign and assist with luggage. Standard service includes curbside pickup at no extra charge. Flight tracking is included with all airport transfers.

Can I add stops to my reservation?

Absolutely! You can add up to 3 additional stops during the booking process. Each stop includes up to 15 minutes of wait time. Longer stops may incur additional charges based on our hourly rates. Popular stops include hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, and business locations.

What if I need to modify or cancel my reservation?

Modifications and cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time at no charge. Changes within 4 hours may incur fees. For immediate assistance with changes, please call us at (206) 899-9944. We understand plans change and we'll work with you to accommodate your needs.

How many passengers can you accommodate?

Our fleet accommodates various group sizes: Luxury Sedans (up to 3 passengers), Executive SUVs (up to 6 passengers), Stretch Limousines (up to 8 passengers), Mercedes Sprinter Vans (up to 14 passengers), and Party Buses (up to 32 passengers). All vehicles feature premium amenities and professional chauffeurs.
