Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Astra Limousine & COACH. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our luxury transportation services, website, and all related services provided by Astra Limousine & COACH ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

1. Service Agreement

By making a reservation with Astra Limousine & COACH, you enter into a binding agreement for transportation services. This agreement includes:

• Acceptance of our quoted rates and service terms
• Agreement to provide accurate booking information
• Compliance with our vehicle policies and chauffeur instructions
• Responsibility for any damages caused by you or your party

2. Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. To secure your booking:

• Airport transfers require flight information at time of booking
• Special events may require longer advance notice
• A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations

3. Payment Terms

Payment policies for our services include:

• Full payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and cash
• Gratuity is not included in quoted rates (20% is customary and added by default)
• Additional charges may apply for extended wait times or route changes

4. Service Policies

To ensure a premium experience for all clients:

• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers 21 and over in appropriate vehicles
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service termination
• Excess cleaning fees may apply for vehicle damage or excessive mess

5. Liability and Insurance

Astra Limousine & COACH maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. However:

• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
• Clients are liable for any damage to vehicles caused by their party
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Personal property is transported at owner's risk

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Special Services

Additional terms may apply to:

• Wedding and special event transportation
• Corporate accounts and contract services
• Long-distance and out-of-state travel
• Airport meet-and-greet services
• Wine tours and multi-stop itineraries

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in King County, Washington.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
